T-shirt does not fit me, can I change it for the different size please?

You can return purchases within 14 days of receiving your order. The item and packaging must be complete, unused and undamaged. Please send the item with the invoice  to our address:

Make sure you will write on the invoice the right size of item you need. In case we will not have this size in our stock, we will let you know immediately.

I chose the wrong goods. Can I return it please?

Of course, you can. Please send the goods back with the invoice back to our address. After Geekshop has received the returned goods, you will receive your refund within 14 days.

How should I wash Geekshop clothes?

T-shirts, hoodies and underwear wash up to 40 ° C inside out without softener. Clothes should be ironed inside out, because of the print. Some t-shirts need to wash by hands, in that case there will be a label written on the product.

What size do the t-shirs and hoodies have?

You can find the size for each item, just click on the Table Size and there you find all you need.

Questions about shipping

When I make an order, how long does it take to receive the parcel?

Goods we have in the stock we ship immediately. If you make an order till 1pm (business days) , you will receive the goods within 2 days at home.

How much are the shipping costs?

It has been 3 days and I still have not received the package

In an email with the shipment information, you can find the serial number of the shipment. When you click on it, you will see where your shipment is.
If you miss UPS, they leave the message and they will try to deliver it twice more again. In case the other problem please do not hesitate to contact us.

Technical problems

I have not received an email with order confirmation.

The confirmation of order is sent automatically to all customers, if you have not received it, you probably:
1. Had not finished the order. You might not reached the last step of the purchasing process and the order stuck in the shopping cart. The confirmation is automatically sent when the order is complete.

2. Entered non-exist email or you just made a mistype. :) Please make sure you check out your filling information carefully.
